Several of my lights when going in close in melee are being rewound to the favor of the enemy side for shooting, and put me into walls and more. IT does not happen every game I feel that some players are exploiting the game some how. Additionally still finding ac 20's doing max damage outside range 250. That should not be happening either.

Host State Rewind doesn't physically move you from your perspective. What you are describing is often called rubber-banding, and is an unrelated phenomenon. I've noticed it as well with fast lights in certain circumstances. It's almost certainly not an exploit, and would be better viewed as a server hick-up. As to maximum range, all non-missile based weapons do damage beyond their maximum range, but it is reduced damage. The further beyond their maximum range, the more they peter out. From the person being shot at's standpoint it would be hard to tell the difference between 20, 18, and maybe even 15 damage. There were some guides on the forums which gave the exact figures on how far you could reach with various weapons, but I can't seem to find them right now.
