Is it fair to drop as a team in a team game???
Yes. I have said it before becoming a Lawman, I will continue. It is a team game, the best team should win in spite of current opinion.
So in order to ensure that it actually is the best team, they should always match pre-mades against other pre-mades. Simple.

Well if my side is a rag tag planetary Militia an Murphy's Law lands to take something... Chances are they are going to get it. With or without protest. So with that same thinking, if the Jade wolves come to a World the Law is on and your 12 man is better than our 8 man and 4 PUGs... I guess we lose. It's not a hard thing to accept if you really look at it.

Oh, did they patch in community warfare already?
In the state the game is in right now, since the matches have no actual impact on anything other than cbills and xp earned, I think it is best for the game as a whole if matches are fairly even. This means matching pre-mades against other pre-mades.

And since that is exactly how it currently works we are done here.

If you are not ready to accept CW style now you won't be when it gets here Lefty. I don't understand how folk classify a competitive player. To me competitive mean you will take on any challenge. How competitive can you be if you don't want to face a stronger/faster/better opponent? You bring yours I'll bring mine, when the dust settles best one's standing. That's competitive.

Sure, so when you always set yourself up to be on the stronger side by being in a pre-made, that's just like playing easy mode. Lots of games have easy mode, so that's no big deal.

I wish this were true. But my attitude hasn't changed in the year I have been playing. Mostly cause it's been the same for the majority of my life. And since the drops are random vs who ever is on the other side, I am just as likely to get stomped as I am to be stomping. My Win/Loss barely changed when 4 man max was put in. So I may have dropped 5% from everything goes in CB. 33 Years of gaming, losing isn't soul wrenching to me.

Team is the people you drop with.
Premade is the people you team up before you drop.
With 13k posts you should know that and you also should have stopped long ago to bring up such insanely idiotic points.

My team is the same whether I am dropping with the Law or PUGs. I don't make a distinction. I could care less if the other team is on Comms or I am. I played for 5 months as a Lawman an 7 Months as a PUG. I know full well the difference. If I get rolled by Jade Wolves, MGA, Goons, DHB doesn't matter. The best team won the match.

In a PUG drop groups of up to 4 can be part of the 12. In theory that means 3 groups of four could be in a 12 man pug drop.
It is possible to have 12 pilots from one house on one side by random chance (or 12 lone wolfs, etc.). That does not mean that all 12 were grouped together from the start.
