

Account Not Authorized?!

My video card died on me few days ago. So I try to log in without my video card and the game client tells me I am not authorized. That is to be expected. the crazy part is I have a back up PC that i am on now with supported hardware installed and I still get that error message. Someone Help!

GOOD GOD ANSWER ME!?? I BOUGHT THE PHOENIX PROJECT! I WANA PLAY IT. I PAID over $100 for that! FIX IT!!!!!

Quoted for truth... apart from that. Are you maybe attempting to play on the test server instead of the regular game server?
1. It is not the job of the forum users/Moderators/staff members on this board to solve your problems.
2. The staff behind support@mwomercs.com are paid to solve your problems with the game.
3. A little bit more information may be necessary to solve your problem other than "I in stalled a new PC Doodacard... FIX MAI GAME NAAAAOOOOOOOO!!!!"

same issue, account not authorized?..
except my graphics card didn't die, just my first time logging in in a few weeks and right after downloading the patch

I feel it is when i drop over $100 almost 4 months ago for something I can not even play now.
