The motto isn't a nice way to describe ones self, I'm hoping that you mean your enemies.

To "break faith" is to believe in someone, or some ideal, without having a real reason to. Not tentatively either, more in the sense of ignorant gullibility. "Unity" is obviously a grouping of people. "Darkness" can refer to the "dark path," a road you don't want to travel down because it's fraught with despair, danger, death and misery, especially when sinking into it. Basically, things that you want to avoid. It can also mean blindness or ignorance.

So your motto can be interpreted as: "Without question, we blindly follow the crowd, it leads us to ignorance and misfortune."
