Please look into this asap. I purchased 6500, I received the email saying thank you for purchasing. and i confirmed i was charged, but nothing is showing up in game or on website.
I sent support an email.

Im afraid billing dont look at the forums, however you did exactly the right thing contacting support, They dealt with my issue a while back very quickly.

Thanks for the reply. Good to know it has happened before and has been resolved. Hopefully my issue will not take long to resolve. Still no credits.

Excercise caution when this kind of bug/delay in in the process happens. Going through the purchase process multiple times can easily result in same number of CC charges.

Yes, I only did it once and stopped. I did not want to get charged a bunch of times.
