Launch patcher, go for dinner, expect it to be finished, (2 hours later) total of 12MB downloaded.
Everything else is fine, speed test, other websites, it has to be the patcher or PGI's servers.

Im having the same problem, my patcher is dling at really slow speeds but the rest of my internet is fine. It took me forever to get 10mbs downloaded.

You're not alone. Having issues with the patch download. It's crawling at <0.0x MB/sec rather than the normal 1MB+/sec. My connection is verified at normal speeds (20Mbps), just not when downloading the patch.

Yeah, I uninstalled the game and tried to redownload the installer, and even the 54mb file from there website wont download.
