i purchased overlord package of project pheonix.
Now from what i can understand is that all the pheonix mechs will be not just available but unlocked for me as well. Now if i sell on of the pheonix mechs i should be able to rebuy it from the mech market as well..i dont need to wait another 3 months if i sell one battlemaster version (which i did actually) to rebuy it..
so please can someone explain it to me that why is it like this???

Well, I can see your line of thinking, but nowhere does the FAQ or purchase page imply that you will also have early CB purchase access.
And it is probably like this because implementing an extra function like that was not foreseen, not easy to do or simply fell off the development timetable as lower priority.
What you could do is write a mail to support about your problem and kindly ask them to reinstate your missing battlemaster, provided you have the C-Bills and mechbays open.

makes a bit sense to me. i was under the impression that if i am purchasing the pheonix package they will be available for me all the time...i will try asking the support on it and see what they say about it. but i was very much shocked to see that except loctus none of the other pheonix mechs are available in the the market. if this is going to be the case i will have to be careful on the next package i purchase (clan mechs i.e.)

Tread carefully with the game. The devs aren't the best at communicating. Friend of mine threw down for the Overlord package on Tuesday and was FURIOUS that they didn't make it clearer he wouldn't be getting his mechs until maintenance on Friday – they buried that little point somewhere in the patch notes instead of say, the front page of the site or any forums.
They still won't put even a ballpark on when Project Phoenix is over, so I don't know if I'll be getting the Saber upgrade or not.
You know, basic communication skills. They're lacking here.

Actually, it says so on the front page of the game menu. You have that 4 Phoenix mech collage and there's a text on the bottom of the picture noticing of it.

...
Well, they had put it on the main sale page right on top of the actual offerings before the patch. You know, the place where you actually would expect something like that. (they have changed it since and made the note even larger)

the PP mechs (special look and paintjob): Can not be sold
The regular version mechs (the green ones): can be sold but the hawk, bolt and master can not be bought again until they are released to the general masses.
The Mechbays remain even if the mechs are sold.

From the Phoenix FAQ:
Q: Can I sell my Project Phoenix or Standard Variant Mechs? A: Project Phoenix Mechs are locked to their MechBay and can't be sold. Standard Variants may be sold normally, freeing their MechBay for use with another Mech.
[Project Phoenix mech here meaning explicitly the one special (P) variant per weight class]

yes i completely understand all this but it does not said anywhere that in order to Rebuy those standard variants we have to wait till January or december (thats when battlemaster and thunderbolt comes)
so this is why i am asking this...if you purchse any of the packages those variants should be availalbe to your from that day...regardless of how many times you sell or purchase them.

The fact that it has almost been a week without a response of any type outside the automated one that just asks if you have any additional info is outright unprofessional.

Or in huge white letters overtop of the tiers that you have to scroll past to buy one....

I've learned long ago that selling mechs is generally an error as one patch can make a variant viable again.

No.
Simply because they have not put the back end stuff into effect to make them available for cbill sale yet. I guess what I don't get is what made you remotely think you could repurchase them? I certainly see nothing that would imply that, either, whereas their not being in the marketplace would seem a pretty clear indicator of their cbill availability. Doesn't say you have unlimited access to buying those mechs anywhere.

the end stuff is already in the game..how?? the files are there to use the mechs...people are playing with those mechs so i dont see the reason why they cannot allow project pheonix owners to sell or repurchase the mechs they were entitled to with the package..
and what made think to have the ability to repurchase them?? well i was not expecting only early access to the mecs, i thought that i will be unlocking the mechs as well.. and thats my thought only
