Didn't Mechbay Used To Include Speed Tweek In Displayed Speed

In the mechbay I thought it used to take Speed Tweak into account when displaying the speed of your mech in the stats on the left. I've tried logging out and back in again and it still shows the base speed for various mechs instead of the +10% speed. For example a mastered JR7-F with 300XL shows 138.8kph.

In game the speed appears to be correct; I just took a mastered COM-1B with the new 240 engine out for a spin and it did 171, but in the bay it shows 155.5.

Nope, never did. Smurfy's does, so that might be the confusion.
