After restarting the game the Mechlab shows the 3rd Module Slot.

Hello, i spend GXP to Master my Phoenix Mechs (i sit on some 100k of GXP that want some use) and the Mechlab does not Show the 3rd "Master" Module Slot.
After restarting the game the Mechlab shows the 3rd Module Slot.
Havent played yet (not for many weeks) and can not say anything more...
