Hey all, Have been playing Mech warrior a while and have asked to try my hand at "Tactician Specialist" by my clan and in doing so I am just looking for some tips, even some guidance from other players who are more experienced that me at coordinating 12 man groups.If you have the time and would like to share there knowledge on the matter it would be very much appreciated

It's tough.
Keep it simple. You don't need to operate on the 3 lance basis. Just use two groups instead of three, or maybe even one angry blob if that works for you.
Numbers are everything. If you ever have a chance to attack a part of their team with all of your team - you should do it.
