From the official list of deliverables the in-game badges are still not present and there does not appear to be an option to enable them in the place where the founders have theirs or anywhere else.

In-Game Badge - Still Missing
Forum Badge - Delivered
Forum Title - Delivered
x Faction Cockpit Medallions (With x being 0-4 depending on tier purchased) - Delivered

In the thread from the last patch a number of people confirmed that this identifier of game support was a major reason for buying the package. In my case it was the only reason I bought it.

Same here.... Still waiting on in-game badge. (Not Phoenix Medallion, Not Faction Medallion, but in-Game Phoenix Badge.)

The standard answer: When it's done™.

Founders don't have theirs yet either, so until the system has been implemented... you can just wait for it (unless, they don't finish it by the time the Reinforcement Pack arrives.
