there is a huge gap between mashinegun and ac5
ac2 does 2 damage per shot,but weights 6 tons,isnt it a bit too much?
i feel a compromise is needed, especialy when compared to ac5 and others
since it does 2 damage,it should weight 4 tons,
maybe since mashinegun takes one slot, then ac2 maybe 2,or something, but i feel a do over of ac2 is needed.
thank you

there were Light AC/2, Light AC/5 and Hyper Velosity modification of all AC in MW4 (including HV-AC/20).
Light versions was 1 ton lighter and 25% shorter range.
HV was 1-2 ton heavier, 1 slot larger, 25% longer range and did about 20-30% more damage.

Look at the rechrage times, it is not just about base damage, the AC 2 has a faster recharge than the AC5. Allowing more shots per time segment.

Additionally PGI is running this at 3050(?) so are striving to maintain the weapons of the age
