Active\spectator Game Chat Seperation.

In game text chat is currently a problem, I hoped it would be different when the game went live but I’ve read little that said it was going to change. In almost any other game I’ve played the live players would only be able to communicate with other live players while the spectators had their own chat lobby.
Active players should be able to communicate with all active players, regardless of content.
The inactive (destroyed) players should only be able to communicate with other inactive spectators/players.
I look at the chat as communications to teammates or broadcasts to the enemy. When alive you should be able to banter to anyone, taunt, give instructions, bad instructions or whatever. The spectators should have no part in the active group.
The problem I see very often is that dead opponents will update living allies, or enemies, with tactical information or at times be a distraction with random unnecessary communications.
…. I understand that teams in Teamspeak, ventillo or whatever can bypass a separation.
…. I understand that open communication helps people stay interested but it’s too often abused.
I’ve seen people threatening to report others because they gave away allied positions to the enemy because they don’t like a player’s gameplay style, current movements, or they just want the game to end.
I’ve been informed tactically where the enemy is by ‘dead’ friendlies telling me where they were killed and by how many. Making the ECM useless to the enemy unit who was flanking.
Nor do I need to read comments good or bad about someone’s gameplay from spectators.
