Have you checked out www.housesteiner.com? It's a community, so signing up doesn't obligate you in any way. The Hub is made up of many units from House Steiner, Davion, and merc units affiliated with them, all are recruiting, offer training, and you can drop with them or other independent pilots while you shop for a team that's right for you. Any self discerning Mechwarrior and gentleman would be humbled at the chance to join the Skye Rangers. Forget our pedigree, throw aside our outstanding training and combat record. Ignore the fact we have been holding back the Dragon for centuries.

Our Mess bills are some of the highest in the Inner Sphere. Our repair bills alone would cripple other major houses. When we alpha strike humanity loses major technologies and takes a step further towards the stone age. If you require firepower and don't care about the consequences there can be no other, brother.

Accept no substitute. Join the Rangers....you wont ever look back (Because you will be advancing forward in charge of a 400 ton lance).

Just throwing my 2 cbills into the discussion. My Merc Unit joined the housesteiner.com Community Hub about 2 months ago and have thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Good people, good battles, good times. From day one the community as a whole welcomed me and mine with open arms. If you haven't found a place to hang yet, I would highly recommend the Hub.
