1. Thick skin: Take and give constructive criticism without taking it personal. We take winning very seriously here, communication is very important.
2. Desire to win: We have never been known as a band of lovable losers, nor will we.
3. Flexibility: Don't get too attached to a particular tactic, mech or weapon. As with all games anything can and will change according to the developer's whims and the amount of whining from the community.
