Are Engines On Sale This Weekend?

Are engines on sale this weekend? They appear in the store sale splash screen (when you scroll wheel down) but they don't have the 50% off banner. Is 2,450,000 for an IS XL Engine 300 on sale? Any clarification would be great. I am newly returned to the game. Thanks!

Yeah, that's on sale! Weapons, engines, consumables, 'mech bays, premium time and assault 'mechs are all on sale.
