Incorrect Footstep Effects When Walking Back

Description: When a mech walks back, the footstep sound and effect are timed incorrectly. They play when the foot is raised instead of on contact with the ground.
Location: Anywhere
Reproduction Rate: 100%
Steps to Reproduce: Launch in any light mech, enter 3PV, and walk back slowly. (A light mech is only needed to make the feet easily visible.) Note no effects when the feet touch the ground, and effects activating when feet are raised.
