Title: Language switcing
Description: Do not works
Location: UI
Reproduction Rate: 100%
Steps to Reproduce: Using widows 8 or 8.1 switch language with win+space(standard shortcut for W8)

OS: Windows 8.1
Win+Space do not switches keyboard layout while logon is active, seems ingame too. So I can't switch my input language if I have no other combinations, only by clicking on taskbar, or alt-tab, if I'm already playing.
