Hi guys! For a few months now, I can not use the Enter-key for a Carriage Return.... In order to advance to a new line, I must copy+paste the function from Notepad. This happens on the three different computers I've tried, but not my mobile phones. The condition does NOT exist on any other forum I frequent... Known issue? Any fix? Am I the only person to experience this? Thanks in advance! IE v10.0.9200.16721

It's the same for me.
For now toggle the editing mode (top left) switch and you can type with as many carriage returns as you like.

Hmm I'm not sure I follow; either 'quick reply' or 'full editor' respond the same...
On a side-note:
MW Tactics forums function normally (same forum-engine). Version problem?

In the reply window, the top left icon (looks like a switch) toggles the editing mode. The normal mode won't allow carriage returns in IE, while the alternate mode will. You can switch back and forth at will, so use normal mode for typing, then switch to alternate mode for the carriage return and switch back for more typing/editing.
Or, use a different browser. There's a reason I have all four major browsers installed on my machine -- none of them functions perfectly on all sites. I use Opera Next for 95% of my browsing, but occasionally have to switch for those sites that have coded specifically for IE (since most versions of IE don't adhere to all of the HTML standards like they should). I used to use Chrome, but I like Opera Next features better. I haven't had to use Firefox in a while -- if this continues it might be the first one I uninstall.

Yup its not MWO forum specific, other forums that use the same idk BB code or w/e have the same issue.
Interestingly enough my ancient work browser (IE7) works fine, so its a "new" bug with uptodate IE's.

WoT uses the same engine (forgive my lack of knowledge about the proper term) and has no problems with the return. I experience it solely here.
