Have noticed a pug where the ready screen freezes on some drops.
With some buddies we have narrowed it down and reproduced the error as follows:
Click to buy in the pilot lab at the same time that the group leader clicks launch.

Have you also submitted this in a support ticket with a DXDiag and Omicron log attached? Good luck with resolution.

No, I was not aware of that requirement. Are the files required at time of error or can several hours after the fact be ok? WOuld Guess immediately after would be better...

Better yes, but anything you can provide the support team helps. If it happens again, dump logs and report at that time.
