BTW, I just LOVE the tip about being nice to new players.... It'd be even nicer if we could tell who was new (I'd be nice, cannot speak for everyone though).

I'd like to see every mech chassis/variant (except Heroes) available as trial mechs all the time. The disenfranchisement surrounding the grind for new players being stuck to just four mechs for X number of matches with no reliable rotation so they have no hope for trying something different would be instantly alleviated by this. They would still be stock mode and maybe even put a (T) at the end to ID them so us veterans might not roflstomp them so badly.

I don't see how this would hurt honestly. New and old players will get to try the stock version of the chassis and variant before they buy it and having access to all of them would entice new players more than the 4 they get stuck with....

Another old post visit from ole sock... lol, they added testing grounds for mechs you don't own. This post did get its wish granted.
