Let's say I want to leave my unit. It has signed a week long clan contract, with 4-5 days remaining. How long do i have to wait after leaving the unit, before I can form my own unit and accept a new IS contract?

Is this still true in May 2017, or is there a penalty applied now ?

Because I remember a new penalty was applied in 2017 on something, because big units were abusing the system to jump around without any penalties, but I don't remember what that new penalty is and what it applies on.

Ok so now there IS a penalty for breaking a contract that way...

Does this penalty still apply even if the unit you are joining is a loyal unit from the same Faction you are in mercenary contract with ?

And what about if you leave or disband a mercenary unit that has no contract, to go join a (loyal) unit : Is there any penalty for that too ?
