I am new here. Is there a reasoning why I can't post in the other threads or is there a requirement to unlock my account?

I believe that once you've completed your cadet bonus (i.e. first 25 matches) all posting requirements are lifted.

LauLiao is correct. This is to prevent spammers, not that I saw any before.

There are several unrestricted areas, including patch feedback, support, and the new player help area (places a 100% new player will have very relevant comments to make!) but otherwise, play your 25 matches.

Overall it reduces spam and people supporting their own noisy arguments with a handful of 'spare' accounts.
