Hi, I just bought a VTR-9S to use as an oversized jager (i like ballistic in arm slots cuz my catapults won't) and then considered a weird spin on trying to abuse engine crits and splash damage, then though well what about sniping. So with much tweaking in smurfy's i figured out which to use for what (i think). am i right???

I am nearly finished making the last one. All but the double version of the heatsinks. So far it sends out a good stream of shake enducing ballistics and i use the lasers/ssrm whenever one jams to keep it up. Looks good in testing but need to prove in battle, maybe change for a flamethrower for F-urscreen sake?

The others are for getting masteries, I hope the gauss still has a place, some say it doesn't
I didn't keep the AC/20 cuz i use it with PPCs on my K2 already. and i just wanted to see if the LB could work.

LRM generally work better with ammo.

You could downgrade to LRM10 to fit ammo, or drop endo and downgrade to medium lasers. Maybe consider an XL350 Gauss + 3LL build? Definitely try to take at least one JJ though.

Nothing technically wrong with this. Not really something I'd run though, LBX10 seem to work better as a secondary weapon rather than your primary damage dealers (for example with large lasers or PPC).

Streaks without a BAP to counter an any ECM end up being dead in the water when you need them most. I'd drop two of the heatsinks to fit it, it's not an overly hot build.
