It's what videogames are truly all about.

Don't judge things based on what they are not. Just things based on what they are.
For what it is, MWO is a fun, basically stable, fairly balanced, team deathmatch game.
If Flower can get an 87% for being a flower petals blowing in the wind game, then 83% sounds right for a fun, basically stable, fairly balanced, team deathmatch game. Flower was great, but MWO has about 10x the gameplay and depth.
If MWo had CW it would easily be 10% higher.
Well maybe once MWO is basically stable and fairly balanced it can have its 83% and maybe once it has CW it can have its 93% but reviewers are not oracles, they are forced to judge what you put in front of them instead of judging your dreams and aspirations. Founders were responsible for judging dreams and aspirations, and it hasn't come to pass yet.

HAHAHA Here we go. Do you not understand that Flower is a completely different promise than MWO? If they released Angry Birds but named it Call of Duty 5 and showed a bunch of trailers of gritty action, then Angry Birds wouldn't be like the most popular game ever. I don't play Angry Birds or remotely care about it, but they have obviously delivered on the game that they marketed and promised to their player base. THAT IS THE POINT. I don't complain that Ghostbusters didn't have realistic bad guys because it's not a sci-fi action movie, it's a comedy.

Just read the whole thing, seems the writer doesn't know about Mechwarrior at all. There were urban maps in almost all from MW2 to MW4 and in some you could even detroy the enviroment.

As it is, like a battered wife, I am still perfectly willing to rationalize away ghost heat, ECM still being super Angel ECM, and LRMs being poopy.
PGI loves me, I know it! Only I can really understand it.
It only hurts me because it loves me!
... really.
*sob*
***edit*** Can someone photoshop me up a picture of an Atlas with a black eye and a word balloon saying "I fell down some stairs... really... it's okay... they didn't take away my glowy eyes."
