First off, I want to say that I think the Phoenix package was a fantastic idea; the chassis are well rounded and fun to play; and the increasing rewards tied to number of purchases was a novel mechanic - I was actually rooting for more people to give you money.

However, akin to the weekend tournaments - the one and only compelling community feature I have ever seen in the game - you have once again dropped the ball on what your target audience is looking for: Shiny, status, power.

Here is my suggestion: first, (and this may already be the case) provide a way for people to upgrade their Phoenix packages. Second, tie a similar scaling rewards system to the purchase of the Saber package - Overlords get X; Guardians Y, etc... Otherwise, for those who purchased the upper-tier packages, the add on Sabers are not that compelling.
