I keep trying to purchase the founders package and it wont let me purchase it. What gives?

Is the Founders packs no longer available? Every time I click on the package I want to buy nothing happens. Why isn't their a support tab or "Contact Us' button for payment issues?

A popup (in Java i think) is supposed to happen after abit when you click on the different packages. Maybe your firewall or something is blocking it.. Try using Internet Explorer which worked fine with me.

Still doesn't work for me. It says javascript void;0. I've only got as far as picking the mech I wanted but as soon as I picked it nothing happened. I also turned off the firewall and no go.

Maybe you simple dont have Java installed? or a very old version?

Try and install the newest here.

Oh and there is a test on the site to see if you have java installed at all and if it needs update.

Still not working for me. I've tried updating Java and using internet Explorer and the code pop's-up javascript void;(0) for me. This mornign I got to pick which mech I wanted (Cat, Jenner, Hunch, Atlas), I picked the Atlas but then nothing happened. It didn't take me to a "purchase" section or anything. Is there any support contact to the admins?

I read on forum somewhere that Google Chrome also worked when buying so if you havent tested it, try downloading it and see if this works.

Make sure Java is not disabled for you and you're not blocking the pay site with your firewall etc...

I don't recall picking a mech when i went to buy the founder's pack... maybe I should look again..
try holding shift when you select it. make sure your OS is up to date too and that your antivirus is disabled. some times they get in the way.

Daisu you dont get that option if you select Legendary pack as it contains all 4.

It still won't let me purchase any package. This is frustrating, i've tried the google chrome and my java is active and updated and still won't work. I think it's my account on the site because I just tried another computer and it won't le tme purchase it from their either.

Can you explain how long you can go before the problem? You can get up the java popup now after clicking one of the packages? Also have you selected already what payment options to use before you get into errors? If so can you try another payment option like creditcard/paypal.

It does not let me choose a Mech. The window immideatly jumps to Paypal.

I click on the "Elite" package and the javascript code comes up at the bottom left of the page instantly. So it's like the button doesn't even work anymore for me, none of them do. The first time I tried it earlier this morning let me get as far to picking which mech i wanted (the Atlas) and then nothing happened. No payment option or anything. Now, when I click to buy any of the packages nothing happens except the javascript code. I've evn tried looking itno the scource code but it won't grant me access to the payment site.

Is there an "Admin" I can contact?

Why is there no "Support Ticket" on this site? Now with people spending money on this game there should be a way to communicate to the Dev team any issues about payment and so on.

Im not sure what else to try Maybe clear your temp internet files in IE, close IE and try again.
Devs will be at work in 2 hours time so maybe they can help
