That would be a great feature, if the devs would let us know how they define it.
On september 13th 2013 Niko Snow posted DX11 testing is coming soon.
I'm not a native speaker, so maybe google translate fools me.

Urban dictionary defines soon as "A word that Jared Leto uses when he doesnt have a f*cken clue when somethings going to come out, or when he wants to **** off the fans.".
