So my internet drops out mysteriously, like all internets sometimes do - A whopping 30 seconds or so of downtime, and tardar "Session Lost".

At this point my mech is, ofc showing as "In Game" - Why oh why can I not re-join the game, in the same position and same place (assuming I'm not dead)?

MWO doesn't have a rejoin battle feature yet. It's on PGI's To-Do List.

Yeah unable to rejoin a battle after a D/C is terrible...you have to take it as a presumed death/loss in the case of a D/C at this time. Hopefully at some point they will set it up so that you can re-join the battle after logging back in.

And this is why you use the safety restraints in the cockpit chair, instead of 'cowboying' the emergency release handle.
