Same here.

Dropped as a group of 4 yesterday when one teammate's client crashed before the match began. When that happened, the three of us heard a buzzing sound, which gradually got fainter as we walked away from the disconnected mech.

Yep, it's a real thing - just started after this patch. Had a disconnect and then crazy buzzing while near him.

I too am getting the buzzing noise like intermittent static and the others in our group stated they was getting it also in the summary screen at end of match.

sound until today was only end of match durring the report for me, now its in the game

I've got this too, typically at the summary screen after the match. Bursts of static/distorted sounds. Seems common as most people I've asked in game also have it.

Yep, got it too. Guy DC'd at the start of the match and my surround sound told me the sound came from him. Also get it at end of game screen.

Yep it's an updated version of the "stompy buzz sound" you get at the beginning of the match when you hear your footsteps distorting along with those of your surroundin allies. And it's like this by months..

I get the buzzing to at the EOR screen, it's worse then fingernails on a chock board

Never had this one.

Only with this last patch have I ever had any kind of buzzing noise.

That's where I've been hearing it too; very annoying when you have to spectate that person for any length of time.
