Hey guys,
So a while back i bought some camo patterns wth MC for my K2 and HBK-SP. They were the 'single use' camo's. What i'm wanting to know is whether i can now sell the mech without losing the camo forever. I know that the camo can be used 'once only' on that specific chassis, but if i sell it does it disappear, or just always stay as an option should i sell and buy the mech several times.
Also, is there any possible chance that I can 'lose' the camo pattern forever by changing camo-scheme to default or another type?
Again to be specific, 'losing' the scheme in my opinion also means having to pay for it again.
TLDR: Are there any actions with regards to camo that will permanently erase a 'once only' camo skin for a given mech?

1. Single use is one use on one particular 'Mech. Save a different pattern over the single use one or sell the 'Mech and you lose the single use pattern. You'll have to buy it again.
2. Hero 'Mechs can only be purchased with MC.

Single use. If you change patterns its gone. If you sell the mech its gone.

It's why I go for perm camo unlocks when the sales come, as with over 78 mechs I buy and sell them frequently, only to rebuy them later.
The good news is whatever "paint" you bought is yours forever. Not the camo but the paint.
Never sell a hero mech. There's no greater waste in the universe.

Unless you're trying to convert real cash money into C-Bills for some reason. Only possible justification I can think of.

That's true, but the exchange rate would be horrible.
You're better off just buying premium time.

It is a little silly but you can buy the Jenner F Champion for 1450 MC and sell the XL300 for 2.45m CB. It works out to 1 MC = 1690 CB. It is over a week of Premium Time but if you really wanted a quick CB inject whelp there is the best deal.

You can top that with a week of premium time pretty easily. That, and the XL300 is worth more as an engine than the CBills you get selling it.
I do get your point though.
