Recently lost my video to artifact death in mechlab. Standard setting no OC what so ever. I suggest you look into this, as you not gonna make freinds burning out peoples GPUS.

i srsly doubt that mechlad had anything to do with it

other than the fact it uses yah gpu... gpu's just die sometimes
