Map Not Showing Up When Playing... Help

When I enter a game I have no map showing up on the bottom of the hud. Can anyone assist me with this please?

If you are playing in third person the map is disabled. Turn it off with F4. If that doesn't do it. . . . No idea.

You can turn off 3rd person view permanently in the Options menu.

I also used to get a UI bug occasionally where the mini-map would just flip out and not work, but I haven't seen that particular bug in a long time. If this is an every match issue I'd suggest (after trying 1st person POV as others have suggested if you haven't already) submitting a ticket to support.
