This is a 25 Ton mech I made called the Marathon. Has a Med Laser, Small Laser, and SRM4.

Aaaand here's the same mech after the pilot decided to be stupid and attack an Atlas.

A light mech could roll an Atlas. Especially one with that low an armament. Now that may seem silly, but a lower armament on an IS mech generally signifies a faster movement speed.

During the clan Invasion a star of Fire Moths could take an entire world due to their speed and the terribleness of IS pilots.
