I am running 3LLasers, 2MLasers, and one LBX10.
Not great, but ok. I am also looking for another build to be honest.

I've run mine the following way since I bought it...
1xAC/20
2xLarge Laser
1XERPPC
Simple, clean and efficient. Double heat sinks and Endosteel to go along with it. Give it a try and see what you think.

I previously loved 3LL/AC20, but with Ghost Heat 3LL's is a pain in the ***. I don't want to chain fire them (they've already got a beam duration!) and it's awkward to deal with.
MISERY works well for me. LPL+4ML is essentially a 6ML burn; with the LPL in the CT providing decent firepower even when zombied. It's a solid mech, but does have issues with range.
Alternatively, try 4ML+ERLL CT with 2 extra DHS; slightly less hitty up close but at least gains some long range firepower.

Twin PPC, 3 SPL, SRM 4 and AC/5. 2 tons AC/5 ammo, 1 ton SRM-4 ammo, lots of heatsinks, armor spread is mentioned in the video.
A similar rig (no SRM, UAC/5) took on a 4 ER PPC stalker and 4 PPC + Gauss Atlas at the same time in brawling range, stripped both sides off of and almost killed the stalker, stripped one side off of the Atlas before finally falling. This was before the ghost heat penalties. Lost only due to the jamming on the UAC/5 (back when it fired much faster).
A second video, with more controlled combat and less brawling. (The first vid in the link is uncontrolled brawling.)
(Did this as a separate post instead of an edit. Bad forum!)

Saddly, none of these builds mentioned are really speaking to me. They are better than what I have, but I just don't know.
I kind of wished I had bought the Victor Hero instead (Dragon Slayer). I suppose it is my Assault/Medium pilot mentality, the Victor caters to that style more.
I suppose the Misery will continue to collect dust. Too bad, it was an expensive mistake

my current misery Build is 3 LL, 2 ML, AC20, max armor 15 DHS, and AMS... with a 275 Standard Engine... this is working when I get close but I really was looking for a different way to separate a mech from its armor

STD 300, 1 medium laser and large laser in each arm. an lbx10 and artemis SRM6 for close range. Very efficient mech and relativly fast for a stalker.

ok so the build at the moment for me is max armor, DHS, and Endo Steel, 2 LL, 2 ML, 1 MPL, and an AC20, with a 300std engine... seems to be working out "better" for me
