Have you tried the Hillclimb module on a max speed commando yet? Nearly climbs walls, i can get out of most spots on canyon network, believe me i though about that too.

To be fair, you can do that pretty well at 171 regardless. I was very pleasantly surprised at that after the engine buff.

I can't justify the hill climb module's cost for an experiment, really.

hmm wish I had a video example, but while I was mastering the 1D this weekend and only had 2 module slot I didnt use it. I tried running up a steep hill i regularily go up in my TDK with hillclimb, but was unable to and got caught by the 3L I would have escaped otherwise. Any longterm commando piloting (or any non JJ light) should seriously consider the hillclimb module.

I was wondering about that, DONTOR. Thanks for the info! I need to get it on my 2D now.

Ya I figured you would like it on your 3L, especially since it has 4 Module slots. Oh ya I forgot to add the 3L to the list of mechs Id run from lol. fresh vs fresh of course.

I'm a light mech specialist and I have been piloting commandos since march of 2013. I can say I piloted them almost exclusively.

this is the build that I have used for almost that entire period of time. It has never failed me and I can safely say I average 500-600 damage in a match with it. It is a beast against everything. Works well as a light hunter, but if you deploy with 2 or more commandos running the same build you can go and take on assaults in seconds.

It should be noted that I have also done a 3xSRM6 build on the 2D, I call it the Suimando. It's hilarious when it works.
