I didn't realize an in-game badge was supposed to be included and I had to go look at the PP sale page again. It is, of course, right there in black and white. Mysterious!

Q: If I am also a Founder, can I choose between my founders forum badge and Project Phoenix forum badge?A: Yes, similar to how you are currently able to change your forum avatar, you will be able to choose to show your Project Phoenix Package Icon. Changing your In-Game badge will be possible once that functionality is added to the game.


The above is straight out of the Phoenix Project FAQs. As pointed out above by another poster, until there is a mechanism/functionality in game to change or select forum badges, with UI 2.0 supposedly, there is no way to set the display of this even if it HAS been delivered, I.E. exists as icon in game files.

I think the only reason Founders event can get thier founders badge to show is that under options there USED TO BE a check box near where they have the arm lock on/off check box etc that said show founders badge. checking it used to be the way to activate it but it disappeared some time in open beta for me, and never ever worked for me anyways as I never could get my founders purchase to clear pay pal. You would have to ask an actual founder if they have the box/option still.

We (Founders) do, still have the option to show our badge or not.
