Sooo,

Am I doomed to type out all my words and comments to my team?

Cause im waiting for when I can spew all my foul words to 23 other people.

and im tired of typing RTB "Return to Base" while trying to tell my team to stop shooting me in the back while fighting off a swarm of Spider's and a metal wall "atlas" all while trying to juggle three jaggers blasting me with AC'40s.

NOT being able to Commune with my TEAM IS VERY ANNOYING LIKE THESE BIG LETTERS!

And I refuse to use a Virus Spaming program like teamspeak.

---- I do notice the C3 VOIP option in the menu, but it dosent help my "I win button"

I believe they are putting delay on the VoIP Development just cause of the reason you will hear little kiddies flame the Air Waves.

But that's just my take on it. Planet Side 2 has a Great and working VoIP maybe Pgi should ask them how to make a proper working VoIP instead of coming up with one that dosent work, yet they put the option for it in my Menu.

There is a term I know it... False Advertisement. Which can actually have legal consequences.

Even if it is in - no one will use it.

There are already plenty of voip options for thoese that want it.

There are plenty of other games with built in voip and no one uses them
- BF3 and BF4
- Payday 2
- Planetside 2

Everyone is silent and chats in text.

The only reason in game VOIP is demanded so often is because the matchmaker plonks Groups and Solo's toghether. Thats the real issue.

You should never be able to yell at the enemy team(unless you are in a Clan). The most you should be able to yell at is your 11 allies.

LOL, I have over 15 years of almost daily use with TS and have NEVER gotten a virus from it, not one.

Yeah, I have never gotten one from it either, but then I don't use it much because I don't like it as much as some of the other options out there.

PGI has said many times that they put VOIP development on hold indefinitely because the company that makes C3 has dropped the ball and because there are so many other options out there. Why should they reinvent the wheel when there are several free options available to the public.

What I would like to see is a PGI sponsored server on the major VOIP programs.

It failed because PGI when to a 3rd party, PGI never put any support or promotion for it, and they did not care.

As I keep saying, integrated voice can only help the game, it will not hindered it.

I think the problem you face is the money and whatever deal they struck with C3. PGI is technically/indirectly supporting TS3 through NGNG, but trying to advertise this would be a direct violation of whatever the agreement/money that C3 has provided. In a sense, PGI has to pay off C3 to stop using their software... which I doubt they have zero intention of doing.
