Ping Over 60 Ms Higher

Since the patch my ping is listed 60 ms higher than before (was 90 - 110 ms, now 160 - 180 ms)

Additionally, I notice the HSR for lasers isn't good. I'll shoot people and barely do damage. I've looked at teamates shoot with lasers as well and its the same thing. one guy alpha'ed a cicida with two large and two medium lasers and the armor barely flinched, so its not just me thats affected.

I increased cl_bandwidth from 9000 to 16000 and that seems to have brought my ping back down
