This happened from just normally playing matches throughout the night. It happened once. As you can see in the order of the images, I had just came out of a match, and a lot of the UI text was messed up. I then dropped into a match, and all the text was botched. After this match was completed, all text went back to normal.

Location: Everywhere. Whole game.
