Title says it all. If not, can someone make a list of all the DX11 compatible cards?

Hi yes all 7000 series cards are dx11 as the 5000 series onwards were dx11.

I am not sure will it be coded to help performance or be harder as most dx11 games are tougher on fps and DX9/10.
I f you can get a 7850 or 7870 or GTX 660 etc at least. It seems this game also likes quad cores with hyper threading,

So yes 7770 is dx11.

R9 270, 280 or 290 (with or without a following letter x)

All those GPUs are DirectX 11 capable.
