How many people only play specific mechs?
How many causal premades play what ever they want, be it 4 spiders, or 4 Catapults?

Devs earlier hinted at 220ton drop weight floor for 4-manz.
Kong called it the 55ton meta where 4-manz will wolfpack with all the new 55tonner mediums...
Seriously this game needs PVE to separate all this whinging over nothing...

Until that wolfpack packs more than 1 ECM in which case your "5-streak2 Kintaro" becomes "pack lunch"...
As a person who has been running streaks on everything I play for months now, this is hardly ever a problem. Even against 2 or 3 lights with ECM, it's difficult for them to maintain the required tightness to block out my BAP. Target lock happens so fast that I just need a brief window where one mech moves just a little bit too far from his buddy and then I alpha strike.
AMS is the real killer, but fortunately most lights are too greedy for DPS and they drop it.

Stop trying to force players to play the game you want. Not everyone will play this game how we want. So improvise adapt and overcome.

Ugh....
How about you stick with your group and stop asking everyone else to limit how they play the game so that it makes it easier for someone else to win?
