Did you need to reset the graphics settings because you can't play the game? If so, you can.
Using the repair tool, you can enable in the Options before starting the repair process the last two options. Although this will clear your weapon groupings and keyboard settings. But is the easiest to do.
Instead you can also manually rename/delete two files in your game files. This will set graphics, and a few general options back to defaults only.
C:\Program Files (x86)\Piranha Games\MechWarrior Online\systemoverride.cfg C:\Program Files (x86)\Piranha Games\MechWarrior Online\USER\Profiles\YourUserName\attributes.xml
I hope this helps.

Back in CB I had a really extensive .cfg file to help make the game playable, and I thought I was able to set the graphics to minimum with a command in one of the game files. My game has having trouble launching, so I completely reinstalled it, and it doesn't launch at all now. I've tried a bunch of stuff, so I this was basically just another "maybe this will work," kind of thing.

Sorry I didn't notice you had mentioned earlier that you had the Intel HD4000 integrated graphics. That maybe an issue right there. When you reinstalled it, I take it you also completely deleted the game folder after uninstalling and before installing it again?

Yep, did those things. It's been over a week with no reply from support. Been playing the game on this rig since Closed Beta with no problems other than the natural relatively poor performance.
