I will try to keep it short and sweet.

ECM Mechanic:

ECM: Negates lock ability and target info just by a visual on equipped mech (as current).

ECM: Jams NARC per current mechanic.

ECM: Tag, NARC and UAV applied to ECM works the same as current.

ECM: Still jams locking ability for SSRM ad LRM equipped mechs inside his ECM area as current.

*Basically ECM works as currently does with the exception it des not provide targeting cover to others mechs.

Now here is Where the big change comes, LRM target locking. LRM/SSRM mechs achieving target locks.

LRM targeting mechanic:

LRM Lock: Achieved by line of sight (ONLY) by lrm equipped mech as current except on mechs that have ECM. ECM equipped mechs would still have to be under UAV, NARC,or TAG as current.

LRM Lock: Is only achieved via 3rd party (friendly) through the use of TAG, NARC, or UAV.

LRM Lock: Is only achieved via 3rd party also if they have a weapon locking mechanic (such as having SSRMs or LRMs equipped) and lock is passed via an equipped piece of equipment to pass such locking ability. (maybe like command console)

Basically most things work as current, only some changes in locking mechanic and ECM bubble coverage. This is just a quick rough over view, but hope you get the idea. Thanks.
