For streaks the missile warning is rarely of any use since they hit before you can react so that is just a nuisance

But the real game changer would be turning off the LRM incoming missile warning. Anyone who plays competitively will tell you LRMs are just not worth bringing to the battlefield. Yet if we make them stronger we will just get Lurmpocolypse IV. I know the missile warning is iconic but because of slow travel time LRMs are a joke of a weapon. Take away the warning and we'll have to watch the skies and maybe even carry an AMS.

I'm saying this and I hate LRMs.

Thoughts?

No, it's good to know that somebody's launching streaks at you even if the warning is annoying, and no warning for LRMs would be really stupid unless the missiles were slowed down more and only showed up on your minimap radar.

Why not just increase LRM travel speed?

Taking working content out of a game which is already fairly short on working content doesn't sound too good. Just look at what happened when they removed a single keybind option.

It's been suggested to have the warning only when AMS is installed.

That would be fine with me.
