Hallelujah! I'm so happy they realized they screwed up and are going to address it. Out of all the tweaks I've gone through in the last 7 months with MWO, this one is the only one that really pissed me off. I'm primarily a brawler and I used fire selected every match. I set my mechs up based on grouping locations so when I lose arms or a torso where my main alpha fire is, I could just arrow over twice and keep going. Since the removal of this feature I am forced to remap on the fly which I can't do as fast obviously. I know it sounds silly, but this was the one nerf/fix that caused me to play less.

So happy to hear they are fixing it.

Oh I'm not saying it's not "annoying" and that it hasn't "affected" people. All I'm getting at is two things:

1) They're fixing it, and shortly.
2) The game is still "playable" in its current state. Is it uncomfortable for some due to the changes? Absolutely.
