A module that allows energy weapons to be X% (50%?) as 'bright' as they are currently. This will make it less likely to easily pinpoint energy snipers and make that type of roll more prevalent. Not sure if this should just be for lasers or also ppc - thinking lasers as the beam color can be something that can be controlled for and this module helps turn some of the light into something that can't be seen with the naked eye. This would also allow for more use of the vision modes as those would detect the laser as they are currently.
