alright, I hate to say this but MWO is pretty lacking with 2 or 3 game modes we're starting to make up our own rules... which some groups are playing in "their own world" at the determent of their whole team.

and it's on the rise.

to shorten this up: players are ignoring teamwork and sometimes TKing each other because THEY ARE BORED.

PGI, I can only shake my head at the choices you... choose.

I feel like this is going to be the "UPCOMING HUNCHBACK GEOMETRY PASS"

are you the forum accountant or something? dont want to see it, just move along. its as if opening threads costs money that one would think twice before opening one. "yes, but do i need it?"
free speech, free forum, free threads.

get over it.

Meh, it gets repetitive because as shown by the OP and posts in this thread, what is unique or new being discussed? He didn't even give any suggestions or constructive feedback. It's just -- fix it PGI.

When you see a lot of the same topics and posts, nothing new is brought out in discussion that hasn't been beaten like a dead horse over and over. Look at how many, "Fix Spiders" threads there were (are). Do you think after the 5th time it's mentioned or brought up that someone has something new to add? It's the same noise, it's already been discussed and your opinion isn't special or new.

So yes, threads are free, but that doesn't mean you should go buck wild with that "Start New Topic" button.

yes but certainly you can understand that most people, dont dwell in the forums regularly. so they dont know what has been talked about and what not. which is why i say, if you dont like what the thread is about just go to another. also, if new and exciting threads dont pop up and old subject threads dont pop up then there wouldnt be any new threads at all. better to have recycled threads than none at all (in my eyes). let people write what they want and stop policing the forums. thats my opinion.

Gotta disagree with you there. We're a community. Hence, we SHARE our opinions. Right or wrong. At the very least, there's some awareness about whatever issue the OP wants to bring to the community. Someone mention the many spider threads...well...I don't recall any before three weeks ago.

Cuz there is nothing we can do on our end except say "fix it PGI". Maybe if enough people say it, they'll fix it. For example the "Fire Selected Weapons Group" is being fixed now due to community outcry.

No, it's against the rules to post duplicate threads i the first place.

Posting "Need more game, fix it PGI" is not constructive, achieves nothing, clutters up the forum pages and causes more headaches and issues than it solves. This is especially true when it's been well documented for nearly 2 years, has hundreds of threads already in existence of the exact same (not similar) subject.

We are all forum "police" and "accountants" that's what the cool little report button is for

big difference.

The initial "outcry" thread that laid down examples of how it was broken and detrimental to the game and included ideas on how to fix it was constructive.

500 threads stating "It's broke, fix it" are not.

Can you guess which category THIS thread falls into?

... all you could have done was go "oh look, a thread that might have been duplicated" and left it at that.

If I were to try actually adding a proposed fix, I'd have to deal with so much sh|t from the community it would put you local waste treatment plant to shame.

If they would only give us lobbies, with the caveat.
Until 2015 or so when CW finally hits.
Then player could have their own games.
I'm sure that alone would drag in more players.
And bring some older ones back.
I can attest to they people in my group.
More than 94 started with us less than 10 actually play daily.
I just don't buy the argument the player base is too low.
I've loved Battletech/Mechwarrior since 1984.
But this is just disheartening.

You forgot to add the extra tacked-on huge lumps that appear if you have more than one weapon in each torso.
