Hmmm.... was self destruct in the table top game.. ?

I support splash damage, self destruct, and 360.

please no self-destruct...if it happens due to enemy fire then ok...might be an interesting dynamic/tactic and there should be damage if you are next to one, but no self-destruct...it was waaaaay over-abused in MW4:Mercs

Explain how it was "abused" in MW4 Mercs... if you can. because from my experience... it wasnt and issue. It was a valid last ditch tactic to cause damage to your opponants if you were about to go down.... clever pilots did this in league play, and it was perfectly acceptable.

could be good tactic if that was the way it was used, but in Team Battle/Respawn it was commonly used to prevent someone from killing you and many times splash damage wasn't even in the picture (too far away). But, that was respawn and Destruction/Deathmatch should hopefully be different with a single life. My only concern is to not make suiciding/self-destruct to tempting by overpowering it. There at least should be a penalty. After all, if you get xp for killing a mech, and you intentionally self-destruct to prevent a kill, you are robbing some poor soul some xp they may have worked hard for.

yea... but the suicider would get nothing either. So it would be pointless as a griefing tactic other than being a little annoying.

Hell it was waaaay over abused in Srat Trek Online. Turning a otherwise PVE game into a PVP game by "starfleet dental" for a few weeks

I hope they have core breaches (I do like the MWLL random ones) but god please no intentional breaches. That is lame.

As a rare critical hit effect yes, but as something that the player can do,

NOT A CHANCE IN HELL PLEASE
