Yours is a good design but I think that we should give respect to Mad Cat and let it have its original design.
Its great work though I could not do better myself with any CGI tools.

He had to make it with the assets already in the game..

It doesn't exist. It's a fanmade version of it made using PGI assets before the Timber Wolf was introduced to the game proper.
